IMPORTANT - BUSINESS TERMINATION NOTICE - TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
In order to provide for an orderly retirement for the owner of USACompliance, LLC, the firm will be terminating all export compliance services as of the close of business on Friday, January 7, 2011.
We will close our Washington, Chicago, and Franklin offices during the interim period and will request that no further solicitations of export compliance business be forthcoming from existing or potential new clients. Our website will continue to remain active for those wishing to source our links and published articles. The website will no longer be active after the January 7 date.

If you are a USACompliance vendor, we will be canceling all export compliance related accounts within the next thirty days. This includes those accounts on automatic billing status. Please be advised that no further billing will be honored after January 7, 2011.
